Our history
It's not easy to tell the long story of a reality that was born so far away and over the years grew up, developped and became a milestone in the territory. We have therefore enclosed in 3 very important chapters the career of Alfano REal estate in its 37 years of history.
1982: this is the year when we started in Air Immobiliare, immediately imposing ourselves as a strong reference for the province of Frosinone as a classic real estate agency with local activity: these are the years of great experiences and growth in the provincial market. Mr Angelo Claudio Alfano soon became a reference point for the territory, also thanks to his constant activity of dialogue with colleagues and teaching at the local Chamber of Commerce. To date, entire generations of real estate agents have been fully trained thanks to him.
1993: we joined the Gabetti network: the quantum leap was necessary to get out of the local dimension and into a national orbit of collaboration and comparison with the big agencies of the metropolitan areas and continue to grow non-stop, greatly improving our way of working thanks to a national dimension that would have been impossible without a big company behind us.
2009: this it is time for new goals. Thanks to the great experience gained in Gabetti, Alfano Agency was born: new working methods, new style and renewed momentum allow us to further scale the national market and tackle the issues of the new millennium with the professionalism and enthusiasm of always. The success is of those who create it, and we have created it day by day without stopping working to give everyone the home of their dreams.
The challenges of the present and the future
In 2019 we give life to Alfano Real Estate: new young collaborators bring the real estate activity to a level never seen before: continuous international activity, large number of sales, availability of real estate in big cities as well as in the most characteristic villages of Italy and in the most exclusive tourist places of the planet. A very high quality of work and the wide use of all digital media are combined with the enviable experience of the agency.

Our offices are currently in Roccasecca, Arpino and Sora (FR) but other agencies of the Alfano group are being set up in Frosinone and Anagni, in addition we are also preparing a wonderful showroom in Rome, in the heart of history and a real estate market with impressive numbers!
To date our client portfolio has a volume of hundreds of properties, with dozens of purchases and sales per month. For each of these we reserve the utmost attention and professional scruple for both sellers and buyers.
